Hunting for Bamboo Shoot

I usually don't post other people's videos on my site, but heck 1) it's food related and 2) it's very informative. I didn't know this was how you gather bamboo shoot. I kinda assumed they were born into tin cans. I also envy Joi Ito's huge backyard. Few in Japan are lucky to even have a separate kitchen and living room.
