JAPAN: Buffet Restaurant

One thing I love about Japan is how healthy most of the food is. I could go to a buffet like this one and eat and eat and still not consume nearly the amount of calories I do at Hometown Buffet. Why is that? Well, instead of fried chicken and mashed potatoes you're getting miso soup, cold soba, handmade tofu, steamed fish, and a variety of vegetable dishes. You can get really full but you won't be left with that bloated, disgusted feeling so common to U.S. buffets. Why can't we have a buffet like this here?
